The NATTURA® Home Unit is designed to be installed on the main water inlet pipe, just downstream of the water meter. The installation of NATTURA® Home Unit improves water quality in all areas of water use: drinking, cooking, showering, significantly reduces limescale build-up, the consumption of cleaning agents, softeners and personal care products, the potential for bacterial growth in plumbing systems, and energy consumption for heating sanitary water. It is excellent for animal care and watered plants thrive better and require less fertilizers and protectants.
NATTURA® Home Unit does not replace filters for cleaning mechanical impurities from water. The physical and chemical properties of the water are practically unchanged, but its biological suitability is significantly increased (as measured by the Allium test and BICOM 2000). The formation of limescale deposits is also reduced by up to 90%.
Technical characteristics and installation
The core of the device is a ceramic catalyst in the form of a tube 125 mm long and 35 mm in diameter. It is housed in a high-quality plastic casing which is resistant to pressures of up to 10 bar. Installation is easy for anyone working with plumbing systems. The only important thing is the direction of the water flow, which is indicated by an arrow on the housing of the device. The standard size of the fittings is 3/4" or DN 20, and it allows a water flow of about 3 m3 per hour. The water quality is improved by flowing through the device.
After installation, we recommend that you protect the device against electro smog by wrapping it with alufoil.
